I have been listening to your podcast, Jamila, for a few months now. I love it! At first, I was listening to every episode and not really doing much. Now I pause, take the main idea of one episode and move on then. I still go back to episodes I have recently listened to refresh my mind and see my progress. I did not want to leave a comment until later on because I wanted to do it when I saw big results. I am starting to doubt that and say, “hey, others might be wondering if this podcast can help us, or they just want to see someone else who is there with them, improving our finances. Well here I am with you!”

I am so grateful to have found your podcast Jamila. I love diversity, I am Hispanic and am a teenager.

I am happy to say that I wil continue this journey with you!

Create a great Sunday everyone :)

Thanks for listening Tim! Yes, I enjoyed sharing their perspective on homeownership because it goes against the grain of the status quo

This couple provided a great insight to how they live their life and their FI jouney. They provided many of their points we agree with about homeownership such as the mortgage industry isn’t the best if not used wisely and in some cases it is cheaper to rent than buy in the short term. This is great to consider when thinking about homeownership, however this couple goes a step further and it seems as though they are vagabonds. They don’t truly have a home from what we got from the podcast, so it’s more like they are suggesting rejecting having a “home” either renting or buying.

First, you must understand the market especially the property cycle and expert predictions. Second, you have to learn the process of acquiring the right investment property. Third, the investor must aggressively market every property he has for sale to net all clients willing to pay more. Fourth, the investor needs to take a long-term view to prepare for challenges that lay on the way.
